Every leader has different leadership styles, people skills, philosophies and characteristics. Oftentimes, leaders tell others what to do and how to do it. But do they apply what they say? Do they practice what they preach?

Before you even become a leader, you must ask yourself why? Your intentions must be clear.

Is it because of the privilege of helping people? Is it because you see yourself as someone who can guide a team to victory? Is it because you have an intense passion to move forward and succeed?

Or is it because of the bright lights, the perks, and the soothing sound of your name when it’s mentioned with your title?

I want to thank those who watched the first episode of LEADER IN PROGRESS. As of writing this, we have about 27 people who watched the video. Now, for some, it might be something so small compared to other videos on the net. But for me, it is a big deal because 27 people watched it. I hope you learned something from the video.
