HOW "LEADER IN PROGRESS" CAME ABOUT

LEADER IN PROGRESS came into birth because of my personal drive to share whatever I’ve learned in my life regarding leadership. Now, I don’t claim to know everything about leadership. I’ve read leadership books from some of the best in the field. To be honest, I’m still trying to apply these wonderful principles in my life. That is why I am a LEADER IN PROGRESS.
All of us are in the same process. Whether you are a start-up leader, a leader who has experiences, a veteran leader or a wounded leader, this is for you.
You may ask what credibility do I have to create such content about leadership. Do I have a doctorate on leadership? Do I have a high-level position? Am I old enough to become an expert in this field?
Well, all I know is that I am a LEADER IN PROGRESS. I have learned much and am still learning. And I am willing to share whatever I have experience to encourage and empower others. Also, I am open enough to receive feedback and learn from others’ thoughts and experiences.
LEADER IN PROGRESS is practical and relevant. It is a down-to-earth discussion of leadership that is straight to the heart.
